Refund/Return Policy
 Online donations will not be returned unless they were processed in error made by Alpine Chapel or its processing company.  Payments for registrations may be refunded in full no later than 30 days before the start of an event unless there is a stated non-refundable amount in the registration information.  In this instance the total paid less the non-refundable amount will be refunded.  If you need to return a purchased item, you may return new items sold and fulfilled by Alpine Chapel within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.

Shipping Policy
We ship via UPS and the U.S. Postal Service, and each of them offers different levels of service. Your order will be shipped by UPS Ground unless not available. UPS Ground requires a street address rather than a post office box. 

You must pay all applicable freight charges unless otherwise stated in an offer or promotion. 

All orders shipping USPS Media Mail, USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground are currently shipped within 3-5 business days. All expedited orders (i.e., UPS 3 day, UPS 2 day, or UPS Next Day Air) must be placed by 8:00 AM CST to ship the same day. NOTE: UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

It may take as long as 24 hours to process your order. During busy times and depending on your location, it may take up to 10 business days for you to receive an order within the United States via standard shipping.
